When I heard the words snow it directly comes to mind that it is white in coluor and cold which its mean pure and clean. According to my understanding the word snow relates to human behaviour which disappear after sometimes like the snow which melt when the sun shines

Personal qualities in our everyday life are  care, responsibilities and humble communication etc .yes it is very helpful especially for the teachers, as a teacher they must also teach the student about the prsonalities not only the knowledge, so that the student can have a good communication among them and also with the teacher to make less judgement  and the negative thought.
